Style Tips

Polka dots are a timeless print that comes back in style season after season. In fact, designer Marc Jacobs has even been caught saying: “There is never a wrong time for a polka dot”. I couldn’t agree more!

For Spring/Summer 2018 the polka dot is back with a vengeance. It made a resurgence on the runway this season at shows by Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, and even Balenciaga to name a few.

For my own Spring looks, I’m turning to a few tights options to incorporate this trendy print into my new season wardrobe. I love how these tights options are on trend and work with items I already have in my wardrobe (hello, little black dress).

Here are 3 ways to incorporate this fun print into your Spring wardrobe!

With Large-Polka-Dot Tights

The large-polka-dot is my new Spring favourite! It’s a playful print that can add a fun twist to any look. Wear these tights with a solid dress to allow your legs to be the focal point or wear this tights option with denim shorts for a more casual look.

With Black Tights with White Polka Dots

These black tights with white polka dots perfectly complement bold or subdued colours and will keep you on trend this season. For a casual look, I love to pair these tights with black shorts and a khaki topper.

With Sheer Polka Dot Tights

Our Sheer Polka Dot Tights feel ladylike and offer a very classic interpretation of the original polka dot, which takes us back to the elegance of the 50s. Since I’m loving this print so much right now, I’m not afraid to pair it with other polka dot pieces like a dotted blouse and you shouldn’t be either.

Which polka dot tights style will you wear?
