Style Tips

While there are many things to look forward to come Spring, injecting your wardrobe with some colour is definitely one of them!

Following months and months of monochromatic looks featuring hues of well, black, black and more black, we’re finally ready to welcome a softer and brighter palette for the new season.

So without further ado…

Here are the top colour trends for Spring 2018!

Purple

Pantone’s 2018 color of the year is Ultra Violet so naturally all hues from the purple family will be a hit this season. We love this colour for its boldness and shock effect, and they way it works for both an evening or day look.

Lavender

This colour is already on its way to dominate the entire Spring/Summer season. It’s a light hue, which is easy to wear and incorporate into your new season wardrobe. If you’re a fan of pastels for Spring, you’re sure to love this hue in more ways than one this year.

Scarlet Red

Scarlet red is another bold hue for Spring that can be parts alluring, fun and mysterious. A colour that flatters just about all skin tones, try the trend with a scarlet red dress and you’re sure to make heads turn.

Tangerine

This colour is uber refreshing for the new season and is a great hue to have in your closet to inject some life throughout your wardrobe. Wear it as a dress with tights, or break up your look with an orange top and black shorts.

Military green

While military green is much more of a neutral hue, it is necessary to break up your Spring looks. Keep it on hand and pair it with tangerine or lavender, for a look that isn’t completely over-the-top, but still on trend.

Which colour trend will you try for Spring 2018?
