To cover delivery fees, a fixed rate applies to the following requests:
- Merchandise return and refund: $8
- Merchandise return and exchange: $16
All of the following conditions must be met in order to proceed with the request for exchange or refund:
- Your request for return must be made within 30 days of you order delivery date of for regular price items and 10 days for sale items
- Items may not have been worn or washed (however they may have been tried-on for fit)
- Articles must still have original labels attached
- All items are subject to inspection upon return
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
2. Tight – Free exchange policy
For all items received in a subscription box or purchased in the online shop (excluding leggings), you have the freedom to exchange your tights if you are not satisfied with the tights received, provided that your request is made within 30 days following of the delivery date of your order.
3. Tight – Refund policy
Not really liking your new tights and you want a refund? No problem, we will refund you provided that your request is made within 30 days following of the delivery date of your order and that you have not worn the tights.
Please take note that you will have to pay a shipping fee of 5$ and that we do not refund shipping fees.
How request an exchange or refund?
Step 1. Send an email to [email protected] indicating the following:
- Your order number
- Name or description of the model you are not satisfied with, and the reason (this will help us to understand your tastes and make better selections for your subscription boxes in future)
- For tight: Indicate which new model you would like to receive.
- For leggings: Indicate whether you want to exchange or return for refund.
Step 2. You will receive a confirmation email for your request specifying the procedure to follow, as well as the link to make the payment if it is leggings.
You will receive a pre-stamped label to make your return. You can print it and put it on the box that you will use for your return. Then, all you have to do is drop your box into any mailbox.
Once we receive your box, you’ll get an email confirming we have proceeded with the refund. The amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 10 business days.
