We’re seeking a Digital growth marketing Director who will lead and grow Rachel, a Nolk company, locally and internationally. The position is responsible for defining the growth strategy across all digital channels and leading its implementation with the support of their digital marketing team (ecom and email manager, paid media strategist, social media specialist). The ideal candidate must be hands-on, passionate about the ever-changing landscape of Ecommerce growth marketing strategies, possess strong analytical skills, a drive for action and experimentation.

Reporting to the CEO, the candidate will be working closely with Rachel’s team to expand our brand's presence online. 

 

Responsabilities

Ecommerce & Growth Strategy

  • Lead Rachel digital marketing and ecommerce growth strategies across all online channels (paid social and search, SEO, email, influencers, etc.). 
  • Oversee and manage Rachel marketing budget across all channels to maximize growth and cost per acquisition. 

Team management & Collaboration

  • Lead a digital marketing team of 4 people: provide support and strategic direction
  • Provide strategic direction to the content marketing team to develop creative assets to drive reach, engagement, web traffic, sales and maximize ROI.  
  • Work closely with the product team to align the marketing calendar with key product launches.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Forecast, analyze, measure and report on the impact of growth marketing activities on sales and other conversion metrics (CAC, LTV, etc.).
  • Manage weekly and monthly analytic reports that monitor key KPIs including website performance, sales, traffic/conversion, status of email database.

    Qualifications

     

    • Experience with the full spectrum of digital marketing activities in the ecommerce space. 
    • Experience managing a multi million dollar marketing budget. 
    • Extensive DTC Ecommerce experience with an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, preferably within a fast-growing B2C/e-commerce environment.
    • A data-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
    • Flexible self-starter with an optimistic attitude, ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision in a dynamic environment while effectively meeting tight deadlines and proven experience succeeding
    • Bilingualism French and English 
    • Experience with the following software applications and programs: Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Google Analytics.
    • Experience in a start up/scale up environment and with entering new markets a plus
