SHIPPING DELAYS

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and the carrier's delivery time is then 1 to 3 business days for a delivery in Quebec. In remote areas of Quebec and for the rest of Canada, expedited parcels delivery is 3-7 business days. Shipping to the United States and Europe takes 4 to 7 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

 

Unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

For delivery within Canada, the options are as follows:

  • Orders of less than $75CAD: $8.5 express delivery (with tracking);
  • Orders over $75CAD (before taxes): FREE express delivery! 

 

For a delivery to the United States, the options are as follows:

  • Orders of less than $75USD: $8.5 express delivery (with tracking);
  • Orders over $75USD (before taxes): FREE express delivery!

Attention: the carrier may not respect the above delivery times, especially in case of a strike or during periods of high traffic (Black Friday, Holidays, Boxing Day, etc.). Once the order has left our offices, we have no control over the deadlines and can not be held responsible for any delays.
