I have several fleece tights and these are just slightly thicker than normal tights. They are not warm and are definitely not what you expect when you buy fleece lined tights. I need these to keep me warm outside in Chicago winters and this is throughly disappointing just like the rest of my purchase. Would never recommend this company
The tights seem to fit fine, albeit a little long. They haven't snagged in the time that I have worn them. However they smell SO strongly of plastic, even after I have washed them and throughout wearing them for hours, in multiple locations. The greenwashing this company does isn't great. Save yourself the money, and the environment, and buy wool tights.
Ordered Warm Fleece Tights in two colours and Black Warm Tights 250D. The length was vastly different. The latter was 1-1. 5 ft longer and not consistent with the sizing chart for size C.

These are actually warm! I was skeptical at first, but they are! I used them as base layer under my long dress. I think I should have bought a size bigger tho, but it's fine.
