GIVEAWAY RULES
1. Contest period
The contest begins Friday, October 21, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) and ends Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time).
The draw will take place on October 28, 2022 at noon at Rachel's offices (5333 rue Casgrain #1005, Montreal, Quebec H2T 1X3).
Within 5 days of the draw, the contest organizing team will contact the winner. This person will have 5 days to respond to our communication, failing which the selected participant will lose their right to the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next randomly selected participant, and the same procedure will be followed, until the winner is determined.
The name of the winner will be announced on Jouviance and Rachel's social media accounts.
2. Price
1 prize to be won between all entries registered on the Woorise platform (value of $500).
The prize consists of a $250 virtual gift card valid exclusively on the jouviance.com website AND a $250 virtual gift card valid exclusively on the fromrachel.com website. Gift cards will be valid until December 31, 2022.
3. Prize giving
The 2 gift cards of $250 will be virtual and will be sent by email to the winner.

5. Participation limits
Only one entry per person per email address is accepted for the Jouviance x Rachel contest.
6. Eligibility
This contest is open to persons residing in Canada aged 18 and over. Employees, representatives, or persons with whom they are domiciled of both SOSEN INC (Jouviance) and Nolk (From Rachel) organizations cannot participate in the giveaway. (Article 12 of the Rules on Publicity Contests of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux). Upon request and in a timely manner, the winner will be required to provide valid photo ID and mailing address.
In order to be declared a winner, the person drawn must provide a correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question.
7. Disqualification
Any person participating in this contest or attempting to participate by a means contrary to these rules and likely to be unfair to other participants (example: computer hacking, use of a nominee) will be automatically disqualified and could be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
8. Prize Acceptance
The prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be exchanged, sold, substituted or transferred to another person. No cash value will be awarded as a prize and no prize may be substituted for another.
The winners waive any recourse in the event that they are not completely satisfied with the products won.
9. Dispute
Mandatory mention of the Rules on Publicity Contests of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux: "A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, courses et des jeux. so that it is decided. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping to reach a settlement.
10. Personal informations
The information given by the participants is only intended for the companies Jouviance and Rachel.
If the participant wishes to subscribe to the newsletter of each of the companies, he may do so voluntarily and unsubscribe at any time.
11. General rule
The Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux has no connection with this competition and cannot be held responsible for any aspect of this competition.
