We've heard from a few shoppers who placed orders on other websites with names similar to ours — including rachelwear.us — believing they were buying from From Rachel. To be clear: those sites are not affiliated with, operated by, or authorized by From Rachel.

Because we have no connection to them, we're unfortunately unable to look up, ship, refund, or provide support for any order placed on a site other than fromrachel.com.

Think you ordered from the wrong site?

If you believe you placed an order on a look-alike site, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider (such as PayPal or your credit card company) to ask about the charge, since we have no access to those orders.
